Dry fruits – dried fruits or reconstituted fruit pellets – are coated with a fine glaze.

The glaze is provided by specific light oils- mono- or tri-glycerides .

It causes a shine, reduces friction, suppresses dust, prevents moisture loss or conversely moisture ingress and sticking .
