Oiling of nuts
Nuts (peanut, almond, cashew) are coated with oil and salt or flavour.

The oil consists in soja, sunflower or peanut oil.

The oil needs to be dispersed homogenously while not damaging the nuts (splitting the halves, breaking the tip or germ).

Either oil-roasted nuts, dry-roasted nuts needs an extra oil application to preserve them from dehydration, oxydation.

It also allow to stick salt and flavour powders in the same transfer time.
