Coating of breaded products
Nugget-type products are coated with a batter and with crumbs.

Liquid batter comes in form of a complex solution of cereal and ingredient mix with filming and adhering properties.

The crumbs come in form of ground cereal based granules of various granulometry and type (breadcrumb, extruded, japanese-style).

Both batter or crumb can be applied using the Biturbine.

It typically applies to small and fragile products which cannot be processed on tradtional batter and crumb application conveyors.
